Vinateros Bravos which is from the winemaker Leonardo Erazo, Pais Volcanico, it comes from the village of Itata in Guarilihue, in Chile.
The way they work is to bring that sense of a place into the bottle. In the Itata hills, there is a beautiful heritage, the historic old vineyards over volcanic or over granite soils have a lot to say and tell. They want to communicate that message. In order to achieve that they are working back into the organic viticulture, and with Natural winemaking. They feel like they don’t need to nurture but rather enhance her capability, to enhance her potential. They want wines full of life, vibrancy, tension, freshness, and joy.
The Vinateros Bravos has delicate underbrush aromas of Itatas wild grass, red fruits and a little bit of cassis are the aromas and flavours that characterize this wine. A fresh wine, delicate, marked by fine grain tannins that give a unique structure and create a long lingering finish with a distinctive mineral character due to the volcanic soils where the old vines thrive.
This wine is made Naturally.
