For PTC we narrowed down the field by looking at vineyard management, wine quality and value for money. Tindall is a family-owned vineyard focusing on Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. They have a commitment to remain small producers using only grapes from their certified organic vineyard. This essentially means they rely a lot on nature to work its magic (and this is a completely vegan wine). There are no second labels, contract growers or corporate needs, just high-quality consistent wine.
The wines are produced from fully certified organically grown grapes and showcase a pristine fruit profile. It’s got highly aromatic passionfruit, green pepper and cut grass. The palate is dry and scented throughout, with the same tropical tones as the aroma. Well-integrated natural acidity makes this wine fresh throughout and gives a crisp finish.
