The Sustainable Italian Mixed Case is an absolute winner when it comes to value over quality.
There is one sensational Pinot Grigio from Antonutti which hides a fruity wine with a warm and filling aftertaste. Unique and with a great personality and aromas of wildflowers and candied fruit. Delicious to drink as a glass on its own or with aged cheeses. One bottle of the sensational Antonutti Vini Friuliano and this is a deep straw yellow coloured Friuliano has a nose that exhibits pronounced flowery flavours followed by the typical bitter almond note. A clean palate unfolds with remarkable freshness. This wine ages pretty well – at 3/4 years or more if stored in ideal conditions. And one bottle of the 47 Anno Domini Prosecco which is made from 100% Glera grapes which produce a youthful straw – yellow colour, with flecks of green. Rich in mouth-feel with vibrant, persistent bubbles, and fresh orchard fruit aromas. Great balanced acidity, and crisp citrus and delicate floral characters to finish. We sampled this wine when camping, and it really broke down the strong flavours – it’s a great all-rounder!
