Renegade Wine Bethnal Bubbles 2017
The Renegade Wine Bethnal Bubbles is one hell of a refreshing wine and is much enjoyed by the Pull The Cork team. Breweries around the world have been adding grape skins and wine lees to their beers for generations, so the team at Renegade thought – why not add fresh, aromatic, new world hops to their wine?! The Seyval Blanc grapes are from the heart of Herefordshire in England. These were whole bunch pressed and fermented in chilled tanks. The wine was then subtlety and gently dry hopped, using a mix of American Mosaic and Citra hops, before undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle.
The artwork for the Bethnal Bubbles was commissioned by Renegade London Wine. The Illustration is by London based artist Annemarieke Kloosterhof, a 2016 Graduate of Central Saint Martins, London. you can see her artwork here: (www.annemariekekloosterhof.com)
The Bethnal Bubbles is such a lovely refreshing wine, The Citra hops really do impart a very noticeable citrus character to the wine. This wine really is best drunk on its own – treasure it! This wine is unfiltered so will it will appear slightly cloudy, and make sure you also drink it cloudy!!
