Mylonas Malagousia 2017 is made by the Mylonas winery, which owns 12 hectares of vineyard, and are from 80m to 200m above the sea level. The soils are mainly limestone and schist with some gravel sites too. Surrounded by the sea, Attica’s winters and cool summers provide ideal conditions for viticulture. The Mylonas winery has gained a significant amount of awards such as Decanter World Wine Awards and Decanter Asia Wine Awards. In this family business, each member has his own distinct role. Responsible for communication and all the difficult decisions are omnipresent Stamatis, who, through calmness and kindness, conveys a dynamic spirit to the wines, expressing the philosophy of the small Mylonas winery.
Mylonas Malagousia 2017 is a bright lemon colour. It shows a perfumed bouquet with aromas of lilac flowers, tropical fruits, and ripe stone fruits. It has a light body with a sharp acidity and a very long finish. This white Greek goddess is best served chilled at 9-11 C. Accompanies salads and white meats such as poultry and rabbit perfectly!
