Champagne René Jolly Blanc de Noirs NV, Champagne, France (37.5cl)
Champagne René Jolly, a family-owned business with a history dating back to 1737, is located towards the very south of the Champagne region, in the Aube Valley. All wines are produced from its own vineyards. Current owner/winemaker and part-time DJ – Pierre-Eric Jolly, took over from his father in 2000 and he has brought many new innovations to the winery. Every wine in the range is a blend of at least 3 different years and once bottled spends a minimum of 3 years in the cellars, before being disgorged by hand without freezing, one of the only producers in the region to use this method of disgorgement.
This Blanc de Noirs is made from 100% Pinot Noir and is fruity and elegant, offering plenty of fruit and terrific structure. Suitable for Vegetarians & Vegans. Learn more about organic champagne.
