Le Cloitre de Sainte Roseline Rosé 2015 is produced in the heat of the Provencal summer in the South of France. If you have a chance, on your holidays on the Cote d’Azure for example, you should visit this impressive winery of Chateau Sainte Roseline, near Draguignan. If you pick the right moment, there will be fewer tourists and more space for you to experience their fine wines. They also have an impressive collection of art on display. Anyway, we did and now we are pleased to be able to offer you this sustainably farmed Rose (mechanical weeding and no use of chemicals).
Grapes for this rose have been delicately handled to avoid any damaged during picking and processing (until pressing of course). Throughout the gentle winemaking process, everything is aimed to produce a crisp and clear rose. And with the result; the colour is a pale salmon pink. And the intense bouquet reveals peach and tropical fruit notes. The wine’s balance stems from its vivacity and a long finish. This rosé goes perfectly with fish, salad or as an aperitif. Simply a delicious rose, we cannot get enough of.
