The Fornaro Soave Classico is produced at the Damiano Fornaro’s family vineyard which is located in Monte Bognolo vineyards, Piazza Scheeti, Alta Rocca north of Soave Castle. From the heart of Soave Classico, a wine made from the soft pressing of Garganega grapes selected and harvested by hand, fermented at low temperature in small steel tanks and refined in contact with the lees.
The Fornaro Soave Classico is a pale yellow colour. There are exotic tropical notes and grapefruit aromas. Fresh, dry with good acidity. The palate is soft, supple, and textured with fresh, balanced acidity, stone fruit, an elegant wine with a nutty, citrus finish.
