The Cuvée White is produced at Ardèche Par Nature. The vineyard is situated on the southern side of the southern part of Ardèche on the Rhone Valley’s right bank. Par Nature is operated by Vignerons Ardechois, which when it started back in the twelfth century was just a handful of farmers and winemakers. Now the Vignerons Ardechois is run by over 1,500 winemakers who all share the same respect for sustainable farming. The vines are selected and managed to ensure low yields. Special care is taken during the entire growing cycle, especially in terms of limiting chemical treatments. A strict checklist is respected from winemaking through to bottling, thereby guaranteeing this product’s traceability.
Vignerons Ardéchois is more than ever looking towards the future. In 2014 they launched a plan to help young grape growers to take over vineyards, thus encouraging a generation renewal and preparing to face the growing demand on Ardèche Wines.
The Ardèche Par Nature Cuvée white is a pale yellow colour. It has an attractive and complex aromatic nose which evokes citrus aromas (lemon, grapefruit) and exotic fruits (mango, pineapple). On the palate, the wine is “crunchy” and its long-lasting lemony finale conveys great freshness. It will pair perfectly with trout with almonds or lemon chicken.
