We usually dispatch your orders within the 1-3 day period unless otherwise specified, and are delivered between the hours of 8am-7pm. Please note; some packages may arrive separately due to stock shortages etc.
We DO NOT deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holiday Mondays.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed during busy periods. We cannot be held responsible for parcels not delivered or collected due to an incorrect delivery information was given or if the recipient is out or away, or in the unlikely event your parcel is delayed through no fault of our own. If you are not in, you will be re-quoted and re-charged for another delivery.
SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTION BOX. If the recipient is not in, please specify a safe place and a phone number where your parcel can be left – in the text box provided. The courier will leave a card stating where the parcel has been left.
PLEASE NOTE if the parcel is left in your requested safe place it is at your own risk.
We shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of your order due to the carrier including the loss of the goods, bad weather or strikes.
If your order is damaged or goes missing between dispatch and delivery you must notify us as soon as possible and no later than within 3 days of delivery either in writing or by e-mail and we will send out a replacement order. Should we not be able to send a replacement within 7 days we will give you a full refund. Claims made outside the three day period will not be entertained.
My package arrived in poor condition, what should I do?
Please either refuse the package or make arrangements with the courier. In the event of damaged goods please provide photos.
£5.00 – for 6-24 bottles, above 24 bottles is free of charge (£30 for the Isle of Wight).
For the Isle of Man, Northern (and the Republic) Ireland and the Scottish highlands it's £25.00
