The price for UK deliveries is £6.00 for six to 12 bottles. The price for an additional 6 bottles or part thereof will be a further £4.50 when ordered at the same time. 24 bottles + is free.
We aim to dispatch your orders within the 1-3-day period unless otherwise specified, and these are delivered between the hours of 8am-7pm. Please note; some packages may arrive separately due to stock shortages, and different suppliers. Due to a large number of wines listed and with vintages constantly changing, occasionally wines will take 3-7 days to be delivered – we will notify you if this is the case. Shipments to UK islands can also take a little longer (3-5 days).
For delivery to the Shetlands, the Isle of Man & the Isle of Wight the costs increase to £28.00 for 6 bottles & £36.00 for 12 bottles. The price for any additional cases of 6-12 bottles ordered during the same transaction will be £7.80.
Northern & Southern Ireland the price is £24.00 for 6 bottles & £28.00 for 12 bottles. The price for any additional cases of 6-12 bottles ordered during the same transaction will be £7.80.
When buying Large Formats, these can arrive as a singular delivery – and these are charged at £9 – this is the usual rate + higher rate Insurance. If bought in conjunction with a case of wine – this extra Large Format will cost only £4.50.
Accessories bought are delivered for £2.50.
The 1–3-day period begins from the day ordered prior to 12 pm (weekdays). Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation to your registered account email.
We DO NOT deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holiday Mondays – unless otherwise pre-organised.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels not delivered or collected due to incorrect delivery information was given or if the recipient is out or away, or in the unlikely event your parcel is delayed through no fault of our own. If you are not in, you will be re-charged for another delivery.
SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTION BOX. If the recipient is not in, please specify a safe place and a phone number where your parcel can be left – in the text box provided. The courier will leave a card stating where the parcel has been left. PLEASE NOTE if the parcel is left in your requested safe place it is at your own risk.
If your order is damaged or goes missing between dispatch and delivery you must notify us as soon as possible and no later than within 3 days of delivery either in writing or by e-mail and we will send out a replacement order. Should we not be able to send a replacement within 7 days we will give you a full refund. Claims made outside the three-day period will not be entertained.

We use a system called Payzone. It is totally independent and one of the most popular systems nowadays as it is very simple to use. We do not store, process or even see your card details. They are sent to Payzone and processed by them.
