We can deliver beyond the UK but we will need to quote you a price for this via email or phone.
Special Delivery Information
All other orders we aim to dispatch within the 1-3-day period unless otherwise specified, and these are delivered between the hours of 8am-5.30pm. If your delivery is going to take longer, we will notify you.
The 1–3-day period begins from the day ordered prior to 12 pm (weekdays). Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation to your registered account email.
We DO NOT deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holiday Mondays – unless otherwise pre-organised.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels not delivered due to incorrect delivery information was given or if the recipient is out or away, or in the unlikely event your parcel is delayed through no fault of our own. If you are not in, you will be re-charged for another delivery.
SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTION BOX. PLEASE NOTE if the parcel is left in your requested safe place it is at your own risk.
In the unlikely event your order is damaged or goes missing between dispatch and delivery, you must notify us as soon as possible and no later than within 3 days of delivery by e-mail and we will send out a replacement order. Should we not be able to send a replacement within 7 days we will give you a full refund. Claims made outside the three-day period will not be entertained.
